OPPO F Series F1 PLUSI had a very good experience. Just based on google review I gave the order for my mobile repair which was not in a repairable condition as per Apple service centre. My only hope was to get the backup. However when I contacted One800, they picked up my phone within 15 mins of the order, repaired it in original state , and home delivered within 3 hours! The screen, display, backup all are working as before. The progress of the repair was provided in real time pictures in the app- so at no point I was worried that the phone is not in right hands. Pretty seamless guys! Just a few pointers: 1. All your updates about the repair procedure comes on whatsapp which, for most people could be the phone they've given for repair, so they'll not be receiving those updates. You could take their emails or an alternate number where they recieve updates. 2. Seemed shady that I was being called by normal looking phone numbers for payment. After I made the payment and called the same number again it was not picked by anybody and also switched off, pretty nerve wrecking tbh. Seemed like I had been ripped off.

What I liked most was that I got timely WhatsApp updates of the status of my phone repair, including pick up and drop tracking. I would definitely use this service again, probably only for older phone or spare phone repair.

Excellent work done in replacing just the broken glass of my Galaxy S9 which has a curve display (which other repair companies said was challenging and couldn't provide any guarantee on not breaking the display while repairing). Absolutely loved the whole experience. Was a little apprehensive at the beginning, but the whole process - pickup, repair and delivery - was pretty smooth and professional. Service and repair quality looks good for now. Everything was great expect that customer support could have been a lot better. The order took 2 and half days in which customer support was not that responsive. As a customer, if it is a pricey device you tend to worry as to why are things taking so much and CS generally can help there.
